Coaching can be done in person or on the phone by appointment;
coaching by e-mail is also an option. The charge for coaching is $75.00
per hour. Sometimes several sessions are sufficient and sometimes a longer
coaching relationship is helpful. Coaching is based upon the individual needs of the client.
I believe that each individual has an inner guidance system that is wise
and benevolent. It is important to respect and encourage the client's intuitive guidance as a framework for coaching.
I am a Community Partner with the Bozeman Community Food Co-op. If you are a member of
the Co-op the hourly fee is $70.
ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING
My intention
is to help your organization find it's own answers. I believe the wisdom and expertise for any organization to function
at the highest level already exists within the organization. My skill is in releasing the potential contained within the organization
and the individual. I do not present myself as an expert in your field, but instead as an expert in how people work together
in the following areas:

*Personal coaching for leaders
*Effective communication skills
*Organization assessment and evaluation
