RELATIONSHIPS 101
Skill-building for all relationships
This class is designed to teach and practice the basic skills required to enjoy successful
personal relationships. My intention for the class is to increase personal awareness through a series of experiential exercises
and group participation. Relationships with others are a mirror of our relationship to the Self; therefore the class
will focus on one's relationship with oneself as well as on relationships with others.
Dates: 6 consecutive Wednesday evenings, beginning on April 14th
through May 19th,
2010.
Time: 7-9 PM
Cost: $150 - Deposit of $50.00 due by April 7, 2010

THE CONSCIOUS CREATION TUNE-UP CLASS
This class will be a refresher course for those persons who have previously taken the
class or who have been personal coaching clients. We will revisit the basics of Conscious Creation as outlined below in the
writeup for the original Conscious Creation Class.
CONSCIOUS CREATION CLASS
The Conscious Creation Class is an experiential, 18 hour course that explores the creative
power of focused thought. Drawing upon many sources: the Law of Attraction, Eckart
Tolle, Byron Katie, Carolyn Myss, Rational-Emotive Theory (RET), Applied Behavioral Science, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), meditation and creative self-expression, this class will assist you
to:

Determine, define and create a personal goal.

Understand and develop a personal style of motivation.

Learn a method to cultivate and sustain inspiration.

Use the power of focused thought to attract the persons and resources needed to
create your goal.

Appreciate and enhance your innate creative and intuitive abilities.

Identify and release self-defeating thought patterns.

Experience the proven benefits of group support and personal coaching.
The class consists of six - 3 hour sessions and includes one personal coaching
session. Participation is limited to 8 people; the cost is $195.
This class has been approved by the Board of Social Work Examiners and Professional Counselors
for 18 CEU's and the Superintendent of Public Instruction for 18 Renewal Units upon completion of the class.

with the Enneagram is a powerful way to let go of what's not working and develop a new understanding that can bring you
more peace and happiness.
The Enneagram is an evolving body of knowledge that combines psychology and spirituality in order
to understand how we developed our map of reality; and how we can learn to transcend the automatic patterns
of the personality in order to live from our essence, our true self.
The class consists of six - 2-1/2 hour sessions over a six week period beginning at 6:30
PM and ending at 9:00 PM. The cost is $150.00. The class is limited to 8 participants. This class has been approved by
the Board of Social Work Examiners and Professional Counselors for 12 CEU's upon completion of this class.
